Jerry Stroud, Program Coordinator for the Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology Program, said \u201cElvi was an exemplary candidate for the award and was unwavering in his dedication, resilience and passion for his chosen career path and this set him apart as a model student and employee.&#8221; Kyle Renegar, Elvi\u2019s supervisor at Flow Luxury Paint and Body in Winston-Salem, NC said \u201cElvi\u2019s contributions to the organization have been invaluable and that he has an unyielding desire to succeed in the automotive industry\u201d. If you are a new site, we&#8217;ll visit your business before the semester begins. During the semester you host a WBL student intern, we&#8217;ll make a site visit to see how things are going. The WBL office works with potential WBL students during the months leading up to the semester on resum\u00e9 and interview skills.
