The skills include Oxygen Therapy, Sterile Dressing Changes, Wound Irrigations, Nasogastric and Gastrostomy Care, Ostomy Care, Fecal Disimpaction, Tracheostomy Care, Urinary Catheterizations, and IV Assistive Activities. Successful graduates will submit applications for listing on the NAII Registry and will be considered as being a Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II). Board of Nursing and under the supervision of licensed nurses. Emphasis is placed on infection control, including sterile technique.
